Shipping & Returns
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) for $9.99 across the US. Orders over $75 automatically qualify for free standard shipping. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for $19.99.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. A prepaid return label is included in every package for your convenience.
Currently, ShopCartVistal exclusively serves the US market. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand in the future.
Product & Orders
We recommend professional leather cleaning only. Avoid exposing the jacket to heavy rain. For minor scuffs, use a dedicated leather conditioner and a soft cloth.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order begins processing, we are unable to make changes.
